1.The letter was from the rebels and that they were coming and wanted to be welcomed.
2.The RUF was the revolutionary United Front. They saw the message carved on someone's body.
3.Why didn’t the rebels come by the time they said they would? They didn’t come the time they said they would because they wanted to catch everyone by surprise.
